Equilibrium between A or B,

Then we know that,

\mathrm{mg} \sin 30^{\circ}=\mathrm{F}
\begin{array}{l} 1 / 2 \mathrm{mg}=\mathrm{F} \\ \mathrm{F}=(1 / 2)(100)=50 \end{array}
Therefore, when \mathrm{B} is at rest, W=\mathrm{F}=50 \mathrm{~N}.
