Give two important uses of washing soda and baking soda.

Two uses of washing soda are as follows:-

  1. Used as an electrolyte.
  2. It can be used as a water softener for laundry in the home.

Two uses of baking soda are as follows:-

  1. It can be used to determine the acidity of garden soil. If bubbles appear in the soil, it is too acidic.
  2. When used to wash an automobile, it will remove dead bug corpses without causing damage to the colour or paint.
