As per the question,

Out of 16, 11 players can be selected ={ }^{16} \mathrm{C}_{11}

(i) include 2 particular players ={ }^{14} \mathrm{C}_{9}

(ii) exclude 2 particular players ={ }^{14} \mathrm{C}_{11}
