Number of red balls = 6

Number of white balls = 8

Number of green balls = 5

Number of black balls = 3

Total number of marbles = 6+8+5+3 = 22

(i)Probability of white balls,

= 8/22

= 4/11

Hence the probability of white balls is 4/11.

(ii)Probability of red or black,

= (6+3)/22

= 9/22

Hence the probability of red or black is 9/22.
