From the question it is given that,

Number of shares $= 650$

Then, nominal value of each share = ₹ $60$

So, face value of 750 shares = ₹ $60 × ₹ 650$

= ₹ $39000$

Rate of dividend = $15%$

Therefore, total dividend = $(39,000 × 15)/100$

= ₹ $5850$

So, rate of income tax $= 6%$

Total tax = $(6 ×5850)/100$

= ₹ $351$

Therefore, net income $= ₹(58,50 - 405)$

= ₹ $5445$
