Describe various chromosomal disorders found in human beings.

Numerical and structural chromosome abnormalities are the two most common forms. When the number of chromosomes changes, numerical problems arise (more or fewer than 46).

Trisomy, monosomy, and triploidy are examples of numerical diseases. Down syndrome is probably one of the most well-known number diseases (trisomy 21).

Trisomy 13, trisomy 18, Klinefelter syndrome, and Turner syndrome are all examples of numerical disorders. Breakages within a chromosome cause structural chromosomal abnormalities.

There may be more than two copies of any gene in various types of illnesses. This discrepancy in the number of copies of genes could result in clinical differences.
