Name two energy sources that you would consider to be renewable. Give reasons for your choices.

The following are the two renewable energy sources:

  1. Wind: Wind energy is obtained from the air which is blowing at a high speed. Windmills capture wind energy and convert it to electricity. The uneven heating of the soil causes air to blow. Because the earth’s warmth is inexhaustible, wind availability will be inexhaustible as well.
  2. Sun: Solar energy is the energy that comes from the sun. It’s made by fusing hydrogen with helium, then fusing helium with other heavy metals, and so on. A large amount of hydrogen and helium is available in the sun which will never be exhausted. As a result, solar energy is a renewable energy source.
